Senior Residences Identification Project
This project involves identifying senior residences and then tagging them with special codes in the DFL’s Voter File.
This information will enaable the identification of strong democrats in these buildings who can act as liasons to DFL units in bringing candidates, programs and information to the facility, conduct voter registration and absentee ballots drives, ID senior volunteers, etc.
The project has four phases. (1) Develop a Project Plan, (2) Develop a process and prepare documentation to guide implementation. (3) Implement the process, working with local party units to ID and tag residences. (4) The project team and local DFLers identify and recruit building liaisons.

Once a team is established, a project plan will be developed.
